Massage Therapy
Massage can be used to relieve pain, reduce stress and anxiety, relax and soften overused muscles and temporarily reduce blood pressure and heart rate.
Massage services offered include 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pre-natal, Therapeutic or Sports Massage and can be administered in a massage chair or table.
Prices: 30 minutes – $30 60 minutes – $50 90 minutes – $70 120 minutes – $90
Corporate Chair Massage – $100 per hour
Personal Training
There’s no time like the present to make a change – sometimes all you need is the structure, expertise and encouragement that an NASM-certified performance enhancement specialist, corrective exercise specialist and personal trainer can provide to propel you to meet your physical and mental peak.
I offer private one-on-one training or small group instruction (2-4 participants) to adults.
Prices for 1-on-1 training: 1 session – $50 4 sessions – $190 8 sessions – $360 12 sessions – $510
Group training: $30 per person
Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is a Japanese form of alternative healing that facilitates stress reduction and relaxation. Through the laying of hands, the ki or life-force energy is transmitted from the practitioner to the patient to encourage natural and spiritual healing.
Similar to massage therapy services, traditional Usui and Sechim Reiki healing services are offered in 30-minute increments and can be administered in a massage chair or table.
Prices: 30 minutes – $30 60 minutes – $50 90 minutes – $70 120 minutes – $90
Master attunement in Usui Reiki and Seichim Reiki: $100
